With growing technologies communication has become much easier but when it comes to the visual communication of our ideas, visual detail can often be lost. Both Seymour and Powell makes a strong point on the importance of hand drawing, its a key tool used by designers and shouldn't be forgotten. Hand sketches and drawings are proof of your initial ideas, the beginning of the design process and should also be an ongoing process. Hand drawing helps develop our ideas, with every sketch our design is slightly modified.

Being a design student, Seymour and Powell have enlightened me about the design process and the importance of using the correct communication technique in order to achieve success.
